All purchases of houseplants and related products are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
Damaged or Defective Plants
While we take great care to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition, we understand that damage can occur during transit. If your plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective plant
- A description of the issue
Our team will review the information and, if the claim is approved, we will send a replacement plant or issue a store credit.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the incorrect plant. We will rectify the mistake by sending the correct item at no additional cost to you.
