We ship to most regions during winter, but there may be restrictions for areas experiencing extreme cold or severe weather conditions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions.

We use insulated packaging and heat packs to protect plants from cold temperatures. These measures help maintain a stable temperature during transit to prevent any damage from freezing conditions.

During the holiday season, shipping may take a bit longer due to high demand. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery. Typically, shipping takes 5-7 business days, but please allow extra time during peak holiday periods.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

We strive to deliver all plants in excellent condition. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the plant, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. But please take into account that a few damaged leaves considered to be acceptable after rough transit.

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Yes, there is a small additional charge for heat packs. This fee ensures your plants are adequately protected from cold weather.

When receiving plants in winter, bring the package inside as soon as possible to prevent exposure to cold temperatures. Allow the plant to gradually acclimate to the indoor environment before removing it from the packaging.
