Sansevieria Superba

Sansevieria Superba (Snake Plant Superba or Mother-In-Law’s Tongue Superba) features dark green leaves with lighter green-gray horizontal stripes that run the length of each leaf. The leaves are thick and succulent, growing upright from a basal rosette. The edges of the leaves are smooth and pointed. The plant can reach a height of 2 to 3 feet, with leaves that can grow up to 1.5 inches wide. Sansevieria sends up new shoots from underground rhizomes, gradually forming clumps over time. The architectural form and variegated coloring of Sansevieria Superba add a decorative touch to any indoor space. Snake plants are excellent air purifiers, known to remove toxins from indoor air.
